Guest guest
I started a new thread on this so those not interested can easily ignore the conversation better: its totally do it yourself...I do it in my kitchen and then put the enclosed sauna suit on and go for a walk. I got this wrap after my mom won a trip to a local salon that does them for their clients. She went down a half a dress size in one visit. They told her to bring an outfit that she could get on, but not walk around in comfortably. We all have those pants in the back of our closet...LOL! And when she left the treatment....she wore the pants home that she couldn't even breath in before that. She had such good results that I looked into here in las vegas. With all the big hotels and high end salons, I assumed someone here would do them...but I couldn't find anyone so I looked into it on line to see what my options where and I found a lady that has a web site and they sell on ebay. (that's where I bought the kit) They have a wide assortment of products etc. I bought the kit, it came with all the bandages, two jars of " slenderizing cream " a tape measure to check inches lost, a full instruction book....and a sauna suit. The first time you do the wrap its a little awkward. you soak the bandages in hot water, then you put the slenderizing cream on your skin and wrap snugly with the bandages. After you get all the parts of you wrapped that you want wrapped, you put the sauna suit on over it and the more mobile you are for the next hour the better...but you can sit and watch tv in it too...its your personal choice. I try to walk around the house for at least 30 min of the time....by then I am sweating in the sauna suit and flushing out the gunk. I have gone down almost 2 sizes in a month, but I am exercising a lot as well....but these wraps do work.. I really love the face lift effect. I wrap my head and jaw area with the wraps (as shown in the book) and it literally tightens up your face and take years off, as well as forcing out the gunk. Here is the information for the product. U can email them at customer_service They can answer your questions and get you set up to buy the product if you are interested. Here is their web site. www.massagevillage.com Here is the ad that I saw before I bought it: YOU CAN NOW GET YOUR VERY OWN KIT TO USE IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HOME. Guest guest
That's interesting! I'll have to check it out when I have more time. I was picturing you walking around in something that looks like a wet suit so it was surprising to see the sauna suit! Thanks for the info! Guest guest
Sherry - I want to know if I can purchase my own ace wrapping and a vinyl workout suit - can I do it myself without spending $79? What are the ingredients in the slendering creme??? Soaking the ace bandages in hot water and wrapping....what if I put coconut oil on my thighs or arms before I wrap them - would that work? Come on gals - can't we do this homemade?? Someone else did! Think with me on this one. Guest guest
Looks like you can buy a refill on the cream, use your own ace bandages if you have old ones you don't mind getting gooped up and then wrap yourself in Saran Wrap or you could use black garbage bags and tie them around arms. feet etc. I am thinking I might order a jar of cream and try it on my neck and face. After losing 45 pound and being over 60 I am starting to notice some loose skin. Sherry, thanks for this information. My only question is whether there are any chemicals in the cream and are the ingredients organic. I suppose if it isn't pure I could detox the stuff out after I got my skin unwrinkled. ;-) Tammy On Mar 15, 2006, at 6:31 AM, Judy Cozza wrote: > Sherry - I want to know if I can purchase my own ace wrapping and a > vinyl > workout suit - can I do it myself without spending $79? What are the > ingredients in the slendering creme??? > Soaking the ace bandages in hot water and wrapping....what if I put > coconut > oil on my thighs > or arms before I wrap them - would that work? Come on gals - can't > we do > this homemade?? > Someone else did! Think with me on this one. > Judy > > On 3/14/06, Sherry <dobeythehouseelf wrote: > > > > I started a new thread on this so those not interested can easily > ignore > > the conversation better: > > > > > >  its totally do it yourself...I do it in my kitchen and then put > the > > enclosed sauna suit on and go for a walk. > > > >  I got this wrap after my mom won a trip to a local salon that > does them > > for their clients. She went down a half a dress size in one > visit. They > > told her to bring an outfit that she could get on, but not walk > around in > > comfortably. We all have those pants in the back of our > closet...LOL! And > > when she left the treatment....she wore the pants home that she > couldn't > > even breath in before that. > > > >  She had such good results that I looked into here in las vegas. > With > > all the big hotels and high end salons, I assumed someone here > would do > > them...but I couldn't find anyone so I looked into it on line to > see what my > > options where and I found a lady that has a web site and they sell > on ebay. > > (that's where I bought the kit) > > > >  They have a wide assortment of products etc. > > > >  I bought the kit, it came with all the bandages, two jars of > > " slenderizing cream " a tape measure to check inches lost, a full > instruction > > book....and a sauna suit. > > > >  The first time you do the wrap its a little awkward. > > > >  you soak the bandages in hot water, then you put the slenderizing > cream > > on your skin and wrap snugly with the bandages. After you get all > the parts > > of you wrapped that you want wrapped, you put the sauna suit on > over it and > > the more mobile you are for the next hour the better...but you can > sit and > > watch tv in it too...its your personal choice. > > > >  I try to walk around the house for at least 30 min of the > time....by > > then I am sweating in the sauna suit and flushing out the gunk. > > > >  I have gone down almost 2 sizes in a month, but I am exercising a > lot as > > well....but these wraps do work.. > > > >  I really love the face lift effect. I wrap my head and jaw area > with > > the wraps (as shown in the book) and it literally tightens up your > face and > > take years off, as well as forcing out the gunk. > > > >  Here is the information for the product. > > > >  U can email them at customer_service  They > can > > answer your questions and get you set up to buy the product if you > are > > interested. Here is their web site.  www.massagevillage.com > > > >  Here is the ad that I saw before I bought it: > > > >       YOU CAN NOW GET YOUR VERY OWN KIT TO USE IN THE PRIVACY OF > YOUR OWN > > HOME. Guest guest
well I don't want to argue raw and organic ingredients here...but the cream is designed for detoxing. You wouldn't believe the weird goop that comes out of my skin.... I have found that all the goop does come out of the bandages as I wash and rinse them in the tub after each use and have used them time and again! I know I look better and have lost inches...and after what my graves diseases did to me three years ago...I would rather go through this than remain how I was, so for me, it was not a matter of the ingredients as it was to help me get the radiation out of my body and I was told this might help...so between my mom and the radiation and losing a few inches and the bat flaps...it was worth it to me! paddlerwoman wrote: Looks like you can buy a refill on the cream, use your own ace bandages if you have old ones you don't mind getting gooped up and then wrap yourself in Saran Wrap or you could use black garbage bags and tie them around arms. feet etc. am starting to notice some loose skin. Guest guest
It's sort of confusing. The top of the pages don't change. When you , go down the page to find what you're looking for. Seems they could improve it a lot.
