Guest guest
Paula, I'm becoming very interested in Arise and Shine thanks to you. Do you fast while on this cleanse? Will 8 days makes a huge difference? I'm thinking about doing a cleanse next week. Because i have candida, I'm thinking the master cleanse may not be the best for me to do. Do you have to order Arise and Shine directly from the web site or do some stores carry it? Thanks for your time! Jen Paula Wood <wolfmother1 wrote: I personally suggest waiting until after you're done breastfeeding to take on a cleanse. Any toxins you dislodge will end up in your breastmilk, transfering to your baby. Of course it's up to you.... When you are ready to do a cleanse I highly suggest Arise and Shine. (you guys are probably sick of me talking about it!). It is the only cleanse I have ever done personally. Mostly because I know it works and why mess with success. I have released at least 30 or so feet of muciod plaque using this cleanse. Some of our clients have tried other cleanses, and most like the Arise and Shine best. Dr. Richard Anderson created it. He has written two books. I highly recommend getting book 1 " Cleanse and Purify Thyself " I have been eating 100% living foods for over two years now doing multiple cleanses. I refer to the book at least once a week. It's go soooooo much great information!! His site is: www.cleanse.net To your health! Does anybody know of any other ways? Also I am breastfeeding so I can't go too long without eating. I would appreciate any advice! Thanks Again, Brie
Guest guest
I personally like and recommend to my clients the all herbal ReNewLife CleanseSmart 2-part 30 day kit. It is a good systemic cleanse for people who prefer to take herbs for cleansing. The ingredients are listed at: http://www.renewlife.com/products/detail/cleansesmart.html Prices on the web vary, as do shipping costs. I checked and found that nutritionworld.com has a very low price, but I could not find out the cost of shipping. VitaminShoppe.com, which also has storefronts in many cities, has a slightly lower price but it seems that they may be having a free shipping sale this month (3/06) http://www.nutritionworld.com/ http://www.vitaminshoppe.com The other product I like, which is a very effective colon cleanse, is NCA 6-N-1. (If you do a Google search on 6-N-1 colon cleanse, you will come up with some user discussions of the product and its effects) I found 6-N-1 at Penn Herb http://www.pennherb.com/info/zA106.html Margaret Paula wrote: > When you are ready to do a cleanse I highly suggest Arise and Shine. >> Brie wrote: >> I need to cleanse my system out terribly, I wanted to do the >> Master Cleanse, but <snip> >> I have candida problems
Guest guest
Check this out : http://www.fredericpatenaude.com/articles/candida.html ;-) (tommie, if you're eating this, you may have been right about the idea of too much fat contributing to candida!!! Now if could eat all raw, and no fats, maybe my problem could be cleared up quicker!) Mail Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments. Guest guest
That's okay! I've mis-written before myself. Too much fat can do a lot of things besides making people overweight. Fred has some good info. Guest guest
I am not sure the info on this site sounds very credible, or even logical for that matter. It kind of sounds like the author made up some physiology to support his theory. No? Guest guest
Good morning, Diana, I can assure you that Frederic doesn't " make up " anything. He might not have hard science to back him up but neither do a lot of other raw food gurus. Their beliefs are accepted as gospel, though. Frederic has a tremendous amount of experience and has helped no one knows how many people succeed with the raw food diet and overcome their diseases. He speaks from his, and their, experience. Guest guest
Yes, he has regurgitated the theories of Doug Graham, DC, his mentor. It is one theory on how to get rid of Candida, a theory that is completely opposite of the conventional medical model. Guest guest
Hey, I can accept that. I am new to raw and had never heard of this guy. When I was reading the way he described the fat coating the glucose molecules and insulin receptors, I was raising my eyebrow saying, " What?! " However, it's not always important knowing how it works just that it does work Peace, Diana rawfood , jerushy1944 <no_reply wrote: > > Good morning, Diana, > I can assure you that Frederic doesn't " make up " anything. Guest guest
It's too bad that there are people who turn a blind eye to him and all he does. He gives away more than most other people sell put together. He is a most generous person on top of having a tremendous amount of knowledge. If a person were to just take advantage of all the free material on his site and applied it, he/she could be successful at eating 100% raw. I credit Roger and Fred for where I am today. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't know who Douglas Graham is and I'd be floundering around trying to eat raw or, more probably be back to cooked. Guest guest
I hadn't heard of him a year ago, either. That being said, I'd never heard of Paul Nison, Gabriel Cousens, or David Wolfe. Frederic is classed with them (and Doug Graham) as a raw food guru. What he teaches _is_ based on Dr. Graham's methods and, as such, it is the most nutritious out there. It's also the easiest to do. I don't know how electricity works but I know the light will come on when I flip the switch. Later, Tommie http://www.rawburchard.blogspot.com rawfood , " Diana P. Guest guest
Tommie, You have convinced me to check him out. I was not impressed by his comments on dental health. I felt that most of the comments would apply to anyone who ate a high sugar diet and/or had poor dental hygiene. Guess part of my reaction is because I do Rainbow Green which is not high is sugary items. Will give this a whirl. --I do tend to be a person who wants to know why the lights come on when I throw the switch and particularly when it is going to affect my body. Guest guest
A lot of people starting out on 811rv eat quite a few dates and dried fruits. His comments are directed at them. Citrus is another thing that has to be watched because it can erode enamel. Let me know what you think!
