I drink about 7 of the lemonades per day. I drink about 4 bottles of water during the day. No headache - no hunger - no nothing but energy. I am happy and excited - full of service and work. Where can I find more info on this? Guest guest Posted March 16, 2006 Report Share Posted March 16, 2006 DAY FOUR MASTER CLEANSE I took my salt water this morning to clean out yesterday's stuff but feel that it's time to quit now. I won't be drinking any more lemonades.. I feel so grand that I can't see doing this for 6 more days would improve anything at all. I can't imagine feeling better than I do right now. I feel super great after fasting for 3 days. Maybe some of you might think that I quit before my time - but for me I feel like it couldn't be better. I will drink orange juice today and slowly ease back into eating carefully like the book says. Gotta get back to " uncooking " and posting on my blog!! I GOT MY VITA MIX yesterday. Whoa - green drinks....here I come. Thanks for your help and support.
