Guest guest
I'm curious -- what do some of you eat for breakfast? I'm finding it to be the most difficult meal to have raw (remember -- got that no-sweet-tooth issue). James
Guest guest
My favorite is a shredded apple, shredded pear, a few ground nuts, almond milk and cinnamon and maybe some berries thrown on top. Guest guest
Fruit smoothies or as much juicy fruit as I want. My kids and I can demolish <G> a whole watermelon in minutes. LOL Smoothie recipe: 1-2 bananas for each person Fresh apple juice (1 apple's juice for each person) and a cup or more of FROZEN fruit- whatever you like Blend and pour. The frozen fruit makes it very thick like a milkshake! To make it 'stick with you longer' you can add a TB of tahini or 1/2 an avocado.... I find breakfast the easiest meal. It's dinner I'm having challenges with. Still cooking for my family. ARGH. Pam I'm curious -- what do some of you eat for breakfast? Guest guest
I did smoothies for a while but the problem there is I just don't like something sweet at breakfast. (For the main part, I don't like sweet much at all but DEFINITELY not first thing in the morning.) The rest of the day is no biggie -- I can do a salad, gnosh on fruits or veggies and so forth but that first meal just keeps me scratchin' my head. Guest guest
Usually bananas, since they're easy to eat while cooking the kids' breakfast. Guest guest
I tend to drink contents of a young thai coconut for breakfast, saving the rest for later. What did you eat pre-raw?
