Guest guest
Has anyone had improvement of neuropathy after changing to raw food? I am looking for some help with this. I have MS and have numb/tingling feet and legs. Thanks! Sally In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-
Guest guest
Hi Sally, I have neuropathy with numb and tingling feet too. I do not have any associated diagnosis. They have no idea what has caused mine. I thought it was weight gain and pressure on nerves but I have lost 40 lbs and they are only a tad better which I believe is related to my change in diet . I have been dabbling in raw foe a year or so now, mostly raw for 3 months or so with about 6 weeks of 100% raw. My toes are a little better but I think it had more to do with the elimination of foods I am apparently sensitive to. I had a blood test done through a doctor of naturopathy. If I stray and eat one of my reactive foods I notice my toes worse. I would also love to know if anyone has experienced diminished or remission of symptoms related to neuropathy by eating raw. Guest guest
When I manage to be 100% for a couple days, I lose the chronic aches/pains and numbness that I have from three slipped discs in my back. I would think that you would see similar improvement with your MS. Beth Jeff & Sally Moore <jefsalmoore wrote: Has anyone had improvement of neuropathy after changing to raw food?
