Guest guest
Hello Family, Well, day-1 went fine with the cleanse. I consumed 64+ oz of the recipe and had a very hard workout at the gym to see if there was going to be any flat spots in my strength. I follow closely the strength cycles and there was not even the slightest hint of weakness. I (humbly) lift heavy weights on the bench press, 1.5 times my body weight and it was a great feeling to know that the human body does so well with the nutrients that I had only coming from the cleanse recipe. (and the wheatgrass) I started day-2 today with a 2-oz shot of wheatgrass and like yesterday I completely forget I'm even on this cleanse. I only had one trip to the bathroom yesterday to " sit on the throne " (old Irish phrase) and that was uneventful. I do monthly 'colon-cleanses' with the herbal product called " Super Colon Cleanse " and that is when there is something to really talk about when " sitting on the throne " mucus-wise. That is possibly why there is nothing really spectacular occuring, but then again, it's only day two. I started this Monday and it will only be three day cleanse for me for I have a pre-planned event to go to on Friday and it's just one of those things. Despite only planning for three days I wanted to use Thursday to gently ease back into food again. I feel the experience will be valuable. (off-topic) I have gone raw for 30 days before and find that much more nerve wracking with the food choices than the " ease " of which I find this cleanse. I just put 8oz of both lemon juice and maple syrup and a teaspoon of cayanne into a 1-gallon jug, shake, and and I'm done. Pretty convienent I think. I was day dreaming yesterday and was thinking if anyone had to drive across country, this would be the diet to go on, load the trunk up with maple syrup, lemons and a bag of cayanne pepper and your good to go! No food stops, nothing! Next week come Monday I'll be starting a formal one of a longer duration. Will post day-2's results tomorrow. - Bill Schoolcraft | http://wiliweld.com " If your life was full of nothing but sunshine, you would just be a desert. Guest guest
That's great that you're doing well. Other then being cold all day, and craving food, I'm doing great myself. Sounds good that you're doing this, even just for three days. keep it up - you have one more day! Jen Bill Schoolcraft <Bill wrote: Hello Family, Well, day-1 went fine with the cleanse. Guest guest
This would have been a great thing to know several years ago when I was a commmercial truck driver. One of the main reasons I quit was that I was feeling like crap from all the bad truck stop food and lack of nutrition and exercise.... Hmmmm.....if I had the master cleanse going on.....I wouldnt have had to stop except to pee....and as any truck driver knows...male or female...you dont really have to stop, there are ways around it..LOL!!! DAMN!!! Jen Lynn <jenfly777 wrote: Pretty convienent I think.
