Big Hugs, Caryl Caryl, The soup you're referring to is, when you break the fast right? No, you don't have to do it if you don't want. I'm making modifications myself, and i don't see the need to follow things strictly. I'm only using about 1/3 of the amount of maple syrup called for (because i have candida), and I've had a couple shots of wheatgrass, and two drinks of pink grapefruit juice with green power (i'm on day three now). You may miss food, but if you drink enough, don't think about it too much, you should have energy for the most part.
