This used to be a staple for me when first starting raw. Everyone loved it!!!

Nut Cheese with Baby Dill

1 cup macadamia nuts {soaked 8 to 10 hours}

1 cup pine nuts {soaked 8 to 10 hours}

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon celtic sea salt

3/4 to 7/8 cup good water

Blend the macadamia nuts with the water first,

then add lemon juice and sea salt.

Then and only then add the pine nuts.

Set out on counter overnight then put in the

refridgerator. Get some fresh organic

dill and cut the dill off the stem and add

to the cheese.

Serve as vegetable dip or on crackers.
