Guest guest
I'm feeling really low right now....my ankle is just NOT getting better...in fact it's getting worse! It's still swollen and purple and the pain is actually constant now. I can't sleep, I can't point my toes, and it's really starting to wear on me. I'm worried that the bone scan will show a broken bone, but more than that I'm worried that it WON'T because then nobody will do anything about it, and I really feel that this is more than a muscle problem. I think there's something seriously wrong here, and the bone scan is my last chance to find out what it is! I'm so afraid that I'll end up with ankle problems for years now, and not be able to have a full range of motion for running, etc. It just hurts so much! I can't clean up my apartment, I can't cook, I feel like I can't do anything! I'm so distressed. It's been two weeks! There's no way this is just a sprain. Guest guest
Hi Jen, I'm sorry to hear you are suffering with your ankle and feeling low!! I would get it checked out asap! If they don't find anything wrong then you can beat this with diet!! If they do find something wrong and it needs to have medical attention then you can do that and still encourage fast healing with diet. There is always hope in the way God designed our bodies to heal especially if given time, rest and the proper foods! I don't know your diet but I would seriously consider all 100% all raw fruits, veggies, nuts & seeds, till this heals and stay off it! If your diet is already complete to 100% raw then I would consider a supervised water fast! The body will heal! Hope you are feeling better soon! Guest guest
Good morning, Jen, I agree with Denise. You need to have it checked. I stay away from doctors as much as possible but they are necessary when something like your ankle comes up. If it _is_ broken and you wait too long, it could heal improperly and have to be rebroken to set it. Keep us posted on your condition! Guest guest
Thanks....I have been to the doctor several times...I had a bone scan that lasted half the day yesterday, which I'll find out sometime next week. The xray taken a while ago showed no broken bones, but I'm sure there's something wrong...I'm starting physio on Tuesday but I feel that I'll hear about a fracture before then (actually hoping for a fracture now - at least then they'll do something about it, instead of just telling me to use crutches and wrap it up!) rawfood , jerushy1944 <no_reply wrote: > > Good morning, Jen, > > I agree with Denise.
