Sheesh! My hand bumped the mouse and sent an empty email!

I wanted to ask about the tabletop green house. I've never heard of one. We

did get lucky, though. Christmas Eve I'm sitting at the computer and wham!

FreeCycle listed a greenhouse - for FREE!! I jumped on it. The guy is moving

to a boat and decided because it was Christmas he would give it away. Catch

this, I looked it up and new it is $3,000!!! It's all apart and sitting where

it will live in our backyard as soon as the weather gets a tad warmer and we can

work in the garden. I wrote the company and they even sent me the set up

directions for FREE!

I'm excited for next winter. Sorry, I just am to see how well we can do in the

produce department. This house is about 8' x 12' and even has an automatic heat

system that opens windows if it gets too hot and turns on the heat if it gets

too cold.

Best Christmas present we've had in a long, long time. Something we can use and

enjoy.

I had to buy one to grow my wheatgrass and it works fine, I mounted

the portable hot house on a 4x8 sheet of plywood with handles,

drilled drain holes in the plywood and all is well

Here is where I bought the hothouse from, great line of products.

No nuts or bolts, all sleeved pipe with high grade zippers and

felcro.

Bill,

Why did you need a greenhouse to grow wheatgrass?

Yes, I'm actually a block from a cliff off the San Francisco coast

and get alot of fog and ocean wind, kinda chilly. Prior to the

hothouse the blades would only grow a few inches and then stop due

to the conditions. Now they grow fine.
