Guest guest
can anyone tell me what this tastes like? I have NEVER tasted Jicama and I have seen this recipe several times and I am curious, but cant afford frivolous investments...so is it crunchy or soft or mushy and what general flavor does it have? Sweeet? Dry? etc..... Just curious enough to ask before I buy! Thanks! Guest guest
Jimica tastes like potatoes (crisp) You can't make it mushy like potatoes, I like to do it when I do french fires or homefres, it is crispy...... it really tastes good, just never gets mushy like potatoes.... You know guys you are never gonna get your junk food to taste like the raw food concept... It is like an alcoholic,,, You have to give up a few thing when you go raw...... Guest guest
Do you put the jicama slices in the dehydrator or do you eat them raw and white and dip them in the ketchup? I LOVE jicama - it is sosososo sweet and juicy.
