drinking vinegar/salt addiction

Glad I brightened your day. :) I still have a problem with salt, too.

I've tried putting celery in things instead but it just isn't the

same. Do you have any good ideas?

 

I figure that I can't start living right any earlier!

What is the problem with sale if you use Celtic or Himalayan?

Tommie,

I ahve heard that using sea vegetables can be groud and used as salt... plus

you get your minerals. Like any Dulse or what have you...

I may try that. I don't especially like the flavor of sea veggies,

though. Kind of " fishy " , I guess. I don't know for sure because I've

never eaten fish...Thanks for the suggestion!

I used powdered kelp when I first went raw *and* I was doing an apple

cider/lecithin/kelp/Vitamin B6 diet.

 

It looks like pepper in your food, but it tastes salty.

I am not a salt person and never have been, so if it hadn't been

required for the diet, I would not have used it. I used to keep it in

the house for people who wanted salt.
