Guest guest
Glad I brightened your day. I still have a problem with salt, too. I've tried putting celery in things instead but it just isn't the same. Do you have any good ideas? I figure that I can't start living right any earlier! To age! Guest guest
I may try that. I don't especially like the flavor of sea veggies, though. Kind of " fishy " , I guess. I don't know for sure because I've never eaten fish...Thanks for the suggestion! Do you have any good ideas? I used powdered kelp when I first went raw *and* I was doing an apple cider/lecithin/kelp/Vitamin B6 diet. It looks like pepper in your food, but it tastes salty. I am not a salt person and never have been, so if it hadn't been required for the diet, I would not have used it. I used to keep it in the house for people who wanted salt.
