The ice cream is making me wish my champion juicer was here already! Sooo, are you adopting additional adult children?? Just kidding. I know you said the blog was to share with your daughters the changes since your family went raw.... but it is really inspiring to those of us on the group!! Remember - I am so new at this so maybe it isn't really all correctly done. But - we are having a super time and we are so happy. My daughter asked me the other day - " mom - what are you going to do when you run out of recipes to blog! " . My answer - " will I ever stop eating??? " Hahahah Thanks for your encouragement. " That's why I looked around until I found a coach who could guide me through the maze of theories of eating raw food. I would have probably lasted a few months but I'm not sure I wouldn't have gone back to cooked food already. It's worth looking into to get more help than is available on this forum if you are serious about doing it longterm.
