Guest guest
Does anyone know of what to eat (or what to avoid) to get rid of dark circles under your eyes? I've heard that it is due to adrenal fatigue, and is relating to your kidneys. But I haven't found any information on how I can get rid of it. Any advice? Thanks, Jen

Guest guest
I get them when I don't rest, or taking too much sea salt or have eaten cooked foods.... anyway, when it's time for an internal cleansing program. Kidneys get overtaxed when your LIVER is not eliminating toxin properly. So I suggest you do the liver cleanse. Gallbladder/liver cleanse is the single most cleansing experience that I have ever had! The 2 weeks Liver Cleanse program rejuvenate the cells and you leterally look and feel like a new person. Everytime I do this, my skin clears up so radically that everyone around me have to say something about it. If you are interested, I can coach you on this... www.naturaw.com/mihoko.htm (I am a professional raw food coach, by the way.) Another " bandage " technique you can use is applying a wet kitchen paper with lavender hydrosol (flower water - it can be called " lavender water " ) directly on the affected area. This works with any kind of internal bruising, also. It reduces the darkness and puffiness drastically. Hope this helps.
