Judy,

I am getting ready to make the " hamburgers " and wanted to know if after you

form the patties did you dehydrate them for a while?

One more thing, from looking at the pictures in the hamburger section are you

buying te macadamia nuts, walnuts, and sunflower seeds in bulk? Is it a

source you can reveal?

Thanks!

Kindest Regards,

Leah

Leah - YOU HAVE to dehydrate the hamburgers - at least one hour - or more.

The outside will firm up and the insides will too. The insides are nuts and

such - so

they will never be firm - but it's too much like soggy nuts if you eat them

now.

Hurry - get them in before dinner!

No I used to be in the grocery business and used to see P.E.T. Containers.

I put all my things in these PET Containers. I have 4 different sizes.

Lean,

Sun organic farms is a good source for nuts and seeds. They cost a

little less when you buy the in bulk. Their products are organic and

fresh. But, be careful you don't get carried away and end up with too

much the first time you order, I did and then had to buy a vacuum

sealer to keep them fresh.
