Struggling to be Raw (More Greens)

I've sure noticed that (wanting more greens/less fruit over

time) ! It was the fruit that " lured " me into the raw

lifestyle and helped keep me raw for a while. As I've been

doing this for some time, I've noticed more and more desire

for greens. I think my body has cleansed with the fruit and

is starting in on the rebuilding (re-mineralizing) stage.

Blessings,

Jennifer

[Raw Food] Re: Struggling to be Raw

I've noticed a lot of people seem to go more and more with

greens and less fruits as time

goes by. It's interesting.

Thanks again,

Sheri

I am also finding that the longer I eat raw, the more simple I am getting. When

I first started I tried to " re creat " all my cooked favorites, used my

dehyrators alot and was trying to " trick " myself into thinking I was eating

different things.

Its only been about 3-4 months now and I am finding I just like to eat things as

they are or as they come. I am not " cooking / mixing " as much as I was...just

a few simple things that I like to have on hand....

BUT BOY do I feel BETTER!!!!

YEAH!!!!

Thanks for all the help you have all given me along the way.

I actually add baby spinach to a lot of my stuff now, where 5 months ago, I

wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Then longer I do this, the more RIGHT it is feeling~

Peace Ya'll!

Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates

starting at 1 & cent;/min.
