Guest guest
Rainbow Green Live Cuisine has a whole chapter on raising Rainbow babies. It tells you the best foods to introduce at certain ages. Good luck. Guest guest
I wasn't eating raw then, but I started my daughter out at six months on mashed ripe banana. Then I introduced avocado, also mashed. She loved both. She continued to nurse until she was three years old. Of course, she was eating other solid foods after the banana and avocado. My favorite picture of her is after a meal of Mexican. She is wearing only a diaper and has avocado and alfalfa sprouts all over her face and body. I remember I didn't try to clean her up at the table. I took her at arms' length and washed her off in the bathtub. Guest guest
I started my 2nd and 3rd with avocado, then banana, then almond butter and just kept adding as they got more teeth. With my next though I plan to start with any soft fruit they can handle, like bananas and peaches, and possibly grind some in the blender and as quickly as possible get to green smoothies and let that be their main source of solids. I plan to breastfeed as long as possible without solids, but when I do introduce them, it will be one fruit at a time and then green smoothies.......probably for a very long time. Guest guest
When I lived in Spain I lived with a couple from Argentina, they were not raw but rather more like bohemians. I was not raw either. They would grind up a few walnuts in a mortar and pestle and mix it with some mashed bananas, the baby loved it and she seemed to do very well with it. energyhealingbybirke <energyhealingbybirke wrote: Dear People, I would like to find suggestions on wich solid food to start for my 6 month old baby...so far he is growing wonderful on just breastmilk.
