I would love to have EVERYONE's favorite salad dressing!

PLEASE - I am teaching a raw class on Thursday and want to have about 5

different kinds

to sample. Dips, dressings, sauces.

THANKS

Judy, My favorite came from Fit for Life and is really easy.

3 Tbs olive oil (organic, cold pressed, extra virgin)

1 Tbs fresh lemon juice (organic)

1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt

That's it. Blended all together right before putting on a salad -- simple

and yummy!

A variation is to cut a clove of garlic into halves and allow it to marinate

in the olive oil for 15 minutes. The recipe said to discard the garlic. I

save it for my husband, who uses them in his stir fries. (A tip for that,

too, is that I never add the sea salt until after I remove my garlic

pieces.)

Good luck with your raw demo!! I wish I could go!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Judy,

As a new raw-fooder, I'm using Bragg's salad dressing on everything. It is

been a life-saver, and it's wonderful, especially the ginger flavor. They use

raw honey but you can easily adapt the recipe with agave. Please let me know if

you can find this online or if you would like me to email you the ingredients

off my bottle.

My favorite when I have time to make it:

1 cup raw tahini

1 cup almond butter

1 cup olive oil

Garlic to taste

Bragg's to taste

water to thin to desired consistency.....

I put it all in my food processor and blend till creamy yet pourable. I

especially love dipping broccoli or cauliflower in this....

Mine has nuts so it shouldn't be used on a salad that has avocado in

it but here goes:

Really raw cashews

Water to cover

Sea salt and onion powder to taste

Lemon juice (fresh, of course)

I'm not giving measurements because I don't measure. :) It can be used

as a dressing, dip, or (if you leave out the lemon juice) a gravy. Do

you give credit for recipes other than the ones from Rachel Talley?
