I tried the Master Cleanse and had to stop it as my body was not doing well with

the high levels of salt needed. I go back to my previous ways of cleansing that

have worked well with me.

Another subject is parasite cleanse... this is something I have done for myself

and my animals over the years with great success. Does anyone else ever do a

parasite (chemical free) on them or their pets? Freeing your body of parasites

does increase your level of health.

I actually did not do the salt part of the cleanse, just the fluids

and then the very last two days, some powdered colon-cleanse. In

hindsight (excuse the pun) I think I'd do a little of the colon

cleanse powder on a daily basis. I would think that's why the

laxitive tea, which from looking at the ingredients, is basically a

colon cleanse in tea form.

I do the Master Cleanser 2 or 3 times a year, and i never do the salt

water flush. You can do a laxative tea in the morning and at night

instead and get the same (i think better) results.

Also, there is a great Master Cleanser support group at www.curezone.com.

Thanks. that is encouraging information. I wanted to do the master cleanse and

the parasite cleanse close together in order to clean out as much toxins as

possible.

I usually do the Master Cleanse BEFORE I do any other treatment.

The Master Cleanse is *supposed to be* the be-all and end-all,

and I do have a lot of faith in it.

When I have done a parasite cleanse program, I have done

Master Cleanse first, because, in my view, it just makes the parasite

cleanse program a lot easier to follow -- I am already in the mode,

and I am already really clean! (of course, now, I do do the Master Cleanse

without any personal alterations, deletions, or substitutions!!! Until

I joined this list, it never occurred to me that it could ever occur to

anyone to alter what was already acclaimed as a wonderful program! I'm

sort of from the old school of " if it ain't broke, don't fix it!)

So, I do the salt-water cleanse part. It means I have to get up an

hour earlier, but it makes me feel so good when it is all over. It

just works for me, so I am not interested in altering that part

of the Master Cleanse, even though drinking it is pretty disgusting

to me (I make up my salt water in a quart mixing cup and just drink

it right from there, sip by sip. Okay... I do make the water hotter

than lukewarm-- that way it goes down more like a bouillon.)

After the Master Cleanse I have done parasite cleansing and liver

cleansing.

Each time, to tell the truth, I have felt that the " second cleansing "

was probably unnecessary (although I still do it once in a while)

I have even done a 21-day mangosteen juice challenge after a Master

Cleanse (I would not do that one any other way -- although I feel that

the 21-day challenge was worthwhile, I felt confident that, by having

done the Master Cleanse first, that I had done everything possible,

and I could not fail. I did not fail.
