What are the results of soaking WHEATGRASS seeds longer??

Someone said they did that to get bigger seeds and more wheatgrass.

Would there be any negative consequences to soaking 18 or 24 hours

instead of 12?

I've soaked 24-hours on purpose and by accident (with a splash of

liquid kelp of course) and have no ill effects nor any noticeable

increase is production.
