Guest guest
I used to just soak them and then process them through the Champion with the blank and add some oil while processing. For the last few months though I've been making almond butter by soaking the almonds, then dehydrating them until they are very brittle and then process them without adding anything else. YUM! The first time I dehydrated them I thought I would only be getting little crumbs of almonds, but as soon as I started processing it, I was so pleasantly surprised to see the smoothest, creamiest, stickiest almond butter. Just the way I like it! Cindy I have the almonds soaking, just let me know what to do with them!?!? Minnie -- Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
