Guest guest
Hey everyone, For the last week or so, every time I eat, I get the most horrible feeling after wards. I haven't changed anything from the weeks before.... But as soon as I eat, I get really hot, almost sweaty......my upper chest hurts and I feel " stuffed " even if I haven't eaten that much. I have an apt to see a Dr at the end of the week (soonest I could get in) but in the mean time I am almost afraid to eat anything since I know I am going to feel horrible after wards... Has anyone else had this? Just curious! Thanks in advance for your help! Guest guest
Okay, now let's get down to what you are eating when? Are you eating mono meals? One food at a time with at least three hours in between? Too many foods at one sitting will make anyone queasy, at least it does me. And it puts me to sleep.
