I purchased the 10 ppm by Source Naturals. I took an Ocean saline nasal

bottle, emptied out the contents, and put the silver in. Then, I squirted

my nose with the silver 3-4 times a day. On the bottle, it says to not take

it for more than 10 days in a row.

I learned something new from a chiropractor on a talk show yesterday.

He said there is are pressure points right beside the nose on either

side. There's a " dip " between the cheek bone and the nostril. Put

your finger in the dip and press. It may be tender but keep pressing

for 15 seconds. That should stimulate the sinuses to open and drain.

Be sure to have tissue handy! Since I haven't had my annual sinus

infection this year, it didn't do anything for me. I hope I won't

have it but it may just be late in getting here. Then again, I may

have avoided it with raw food!
