Add the chile flakes, garlic, and onion, and stir and saute about 5 minutes, until the onion begins to go limp. Add the chopped tomatoes and the salt, reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the baby corn and basil, cover, and cook another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli and zucchini until al dente, drain well, and transfer to a pretty serving bowl.
