Baby Lima Beans With Sour Cream Sauce

10 ounces packaged frozen baby lima beans

SAUCE

1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

3 tablespoons plain no-fat yogurt

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1 teaspoon paprika

 

Serving Size: 4

 

Cook lima beans according to package directions. Drain. Combine all of

the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, heating thoroughly. Transfer

the lima beans to a serving dish. Pour sauce over the lima beans and serve.

 

Comment: lima bears can be replaced with green picked soy beans.
