Thinly slice or shred the cabbage). Pare the carrots; cut into 2-inch strips. Peel the onion. Thinly slice (expect 1 cup slices per medium onion). Cook angel hair as package directs; drain. In Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, heat oil; stir in cabbage, carrots and onion. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 2 minutes. Stir in pasta sauce then angel hair; heat through. Top with green onions.
