Combine won ton strips and sesame oil in a small bowl, tossing to coat. Add sugar and ground ginger, tossing to coat. Arrange strips on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes or until crisp, turning once. Serve won ton chips with vanilla low fat ice cream.
