PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes. COOKING TIME: 3-4 hours. Cook the beans in the water until tender, about 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 350º. Drain the beans and place in a large casserole. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and bake 30 minutes.
