Guest guest Posted May 30, 2002 Report Share Posted May 30, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Fresh Mushroom Salad Recipe By : Country Stand Mushroom Recipes and Ideas booklet Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads, Vegetable Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound fresh mushrooms 2 green onions -- chopped 2 medium carrots -- sliced thin 2 stalks celery 1 small can sliced olives -- drained 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup oil vinegar -- (see below) Rinse mushrooms in cold water. Slice thin. Add vinegar to one-third cup oil to make 1/2 cup liquid. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and mix. Pour over mushrooms and other ingredients.
