Summer Herb Marinade

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 large cloves garlic -- peeled

1/8 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons water

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves

2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves

2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves

 

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until

needed. Makes about 3/4 of a cup.
