Or is this the week to send grill recipes? * Exported from MasterCook * Good Karma Veggie Burgers Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package Green Giant patties -- thawed 1/4 cup ketchup 2 teaspoons mustard 2 teaspoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon crushed garlic or garlic paste 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Condiments: 1 package Goat cheese -- sliced into thin rounds 2 cups field greens 3 roma tomatoes -- chopped into small pieces 1 red onion -- separated into strips Sun-dried Tomato Spread Cracked wheat hamburger buns (or your favorite type) Mix all burger ingredients together well. Form into patties (should make between 4-5). Grease a frying pan and cook over medium-high heat, turning until patties are done through, or cook on the grill over medium-hot heat, 3-4 minutes each side or until done. Serve on buns with goat cheese, field greens, roma tomatoes, red onion strips, and sun-dried tomato spread.
