Marinated Artichoke and Mushroom Kabobs

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 ounces mushrooms -- trimmed

14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts

2 garlic cloves -- minced

Salt and black pepper

 

1. Combine the mushrooms, artichokes and their liquid, and garlic in a large

bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside to marinate for at least

30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

 

2. Prepare a medium-hot fire in the grill.

 

3. Thread the mushrooms and artichoke hearts onto skewers. Grill, turning

occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and grill-marked, about 10 minutes.

 

4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
