Herb Marinade

 

Recipe By :Vegetarian Barbecue & Other Pleasures of the Harvest

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons water

4 cloves garlic -- minced

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano

1 tablespoon honey -- or brown sugar

salt

freshly ground black pepper

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. In a glass bowl, marinade

over vegetables.

Makes 1 cup.
