PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES (PLUS 2 HOURS TO CHILL DRESSING). COOKING TIME: 5 MINUTES To make the dressing, combine the pineapple juice and cornstarch in a saucepan and mix well to dissolve. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and continue to boil for 1 minute or until thickened and clear, stirring occasionally. Chill for 2 hours.
