I think they are classics sans oil. * Exported from MasterCook * Crispy Jicama Salad Recipe By :NCN Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Vegetarian {Posted} Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups diced jicama 1 carrot -- in 1-inch strips 1 bell pepper -- in strips 1 small sweet onion -- in slices 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 3 tablespoons vegetable broth -- (homemade) 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon orange juice 1 teaspoon mustard (optional) some sliced radishes Toss vegetables. Mix dressing. Toss with vegetables.
