Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix with a fork or wire whisk

until blended. Chill several hours to blend flavors.
