Add the tempeh bacon and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Reserve. In a food processor, combine the tofu, lemon juice, mustard, salt & pepper. With the machine running, add the corn oil in a stream until well-blended. Transfer the dressing to a bowl and stir in the reserved tempeh bacon. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerated and tightly covered, this dressing will keep for up to one week.
