Guest guest Posted July 4, 2002 Report Share Posted July 4, 2002 i've a recipe or two that calls for this: 1/2 teaspoon Bernard Jensen's Protein Seasoning (optional) --(a natural savory vegetable seasoning) I've never seen it. Does anyone use it? Is it good? I use nutritional yeast flakes to add a bit of depth to sauces and broths.
