Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1 12 oz box frozen Boca crumbles

8 ounces mostaccioli -- cooked & drained

1 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce

3/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan topping -- divided

1 8 oz package reduced fat mozzarella cheese

MIX crumbles, pasta, spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup of the grated topping.

SPOON into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with

mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup grated topping.

BAKE at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Special Extra: Add 1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach, thawed, well drained,

to crumbles mixture before spooning into baking dish.

Enjoy our contemporary twist on a traditional pasta bake. The spaghetti sauce

provides a good source of vitamin A and the mozzarella cheese is rich in

calcium.
