Guest guest
I was at the supermarket the other day, with Boca Burger coupon in hand, when I got to the freezer section and saw something interesting...Boca Sausages. They had 2 kinds one of which was Smoked. So I bought them. Haven't tried them yet though. I am thinking of making something like jambalaya where you have chunks of sausages in it. I'll let everyone know how they are. Look very good though, RisaG Sign up for SBC Dial - First Month Free http://sbc.
Guest guest
Hi, Risa! I purchased the Boca Italian sausage, but haven't tried it yet. In the past, I have used the Morningstar Farms brand of veg sausage for making jamalaya and to add to the Zatarain Gumbo mix, so I assume the Boca ones would work well for these too. You could also simply eat the Boca ones on hot dog buns if you wanted to since they are apparently larger than the little Morningstar Farms ones (little breakfast " sausages " ). I may have some recipes I've collected somewhere using this product. I'll look for you and post the recipes. BTW -- I'm off work for a whole week which is the only reason I've had any time to respond to e-mails and post recipes. LOL!
