Guest guest
Hi, I only found the list yesterday and am delighted to be on it. I have had no problem importing recipes received from Outlook Express to Mastercook, as I found a very helpful message in the archive. BUT -- can anyone please suggest the easiest way to import direct from the archive to Mastercook, as there's so many lovely things I want to try. Have tried cutting and pasting the recipes from archive: however, it has not worked when I import. Although the title appears, the rest of the ingredients and instructions are missing. Look forward to hearing the answer, and playing my part on the list too! Best, Chris
Guest guest
Chris: I hope this helps: If I were you, I would " expand messages " in the archive, making sure that the very top part of the recipes all the way through the bottom is included when you copy & paste. This is how MC knows where the recipes begins and ends. The easiest way may be to copy and paste them into one large document, making sure to save it as a *text only* file. Then try importing from that. Let me know how that works.
