I would like to make a hot pepper spread, something like the sub houses put on sandwiches. I've tried for years to re-create this, but my spreads/salsas always come out too runny. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, would anyone have some good hot salsa recipes to suggest? I'm sitting here with a bushel of tomatoes and lots of peppers! Would appreciate a cc: directly to me as well as the list, as I am on digest and won't see anything til tomorrow. And I have the rest of today to play around with this!
