Hot Chili Salsas

Hi, all,

 

I am finding myself with a nice crops of hot chili peppers. I would like to make

a hot pepper spread, something like the sub houses put on sandwiches. I've tried

for years to re-create this, but my spreads/salsas always come out too runny.

Anyone have any suggestions? Also, would anyone have some good hot salsa recipes

to suggest? I'm sitting here with a bushel of tomatoes and lots of peppers!
