Congratulations Jamie! May you and your beloved have a long and happy life

together.

This recipe was originally posted to the Veglife list by Karen Cook (don't know

if she's on this list or not) in December of 1997. I remembered that I had a

print copy of it (it was before I had MasterCook when I had to print out any

recipe that I wanted to save,) so I just put it into MasterCook format and here

it is. I have never tried it, but it sounds delicious and I figured since we're

talking about wedding menus this would be a good recipe to send. I have no idea

about the nutritional information - that would vary according to what cake mix

you used and what ingredients were added, what kind of milk and cream cheese you

used, etc. I suppose that MasterCook will fill in some nutritional information,

but I suspect that it will not be very accurate.

Although the directions didn't specifically say this, I am assuming that you are

supposed to put the smaller cake on top of the larger one, to look more like a

typical wedding cake.

By the way, your menu sounds wonderful!
