My friend just sent me this recipe and it sounds yummy! I'll have to try it

soon. It probably even qualifies (but I'm not 100% sure :-) as low-fat in

keeping with today's theme. Enjoy!

Shawn's Peanut Butter Pie 3 pts.

1 cup powdered sugar

8 ounces light cream cheese

1 cup reduced fat peanut butter

14 ounce can fat free sweetened condensed milk

12 ounces fat free whipped topping

2 9 inch ready made reduced fat graham cracker pie

shells

 

Combine first three ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until

smooth. Add milk and beat until combined. Stir in whipped topping.

 

Divide mixture evenly into the two pie shells.

 

Place in freezer and allow to harden before serving. For best results, allow to

harden completely in freezer and then thaw slightly before serving.
