Lehsun Gobi (Indian Cauliflower with garlic)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp garlic -- minced

1/2 Tbsp salt

1/2 Tbsp turmeric

1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper

1/4 Tbsp cumin seed

1 cauliflower -- broken or cut into a

1/2 bunch cilantro -- chopped

1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala

 

Heat the oil and then adding garlic and cooking it for 5 mins

 

Add all the spices except cilantro, cook it for about 3 minutes

 

Add the cut and washed pieces of cauliflower move them around so the spices

get around to most of the pieces. Cover and let cook on medium for about 10

to 12 minutes.

 

Remove the lid and continue moving the cauliflower around to enable all

spices to get around. Cook for another 10 to 12 minutes or until fully

cooked

 

Remove from heat and sprikle with cilantro.
