Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain. 2. Combine orzo, celery, pepper and onion in a medium bowl. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; pour over orzo mixture. Toss lightly. Cover and chill at least 1 hours. Makes 4 (3/4-cup) servings: each 1 1/2 starch. 120 Cals. (12% cff); 2 g fiber.
