This delicious and easy recipe comes from Barb Kline and Randa Shannon of Mildred's Daughters' Urban Farm in Pittsburgh. The garlic flavor will not be harsh when it is cooked, so try using more rather than less. Serve the beans and greens as a side dish with grilled fish or meat. Nutr.
