Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1/4 cup Tamari of shoyu

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons water

3 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Because this sauce is lower in fat than the sesame-ginger sauce, you may

need to add an extra tablespoon or two more than suggested in the recipes

calling for this stir-fry sauce.

In a jar, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously.

Refrigerate until needed, up to 3 months. Shake well before using.

Yield:

" 3/4 cup (about) "
