my local co-op has these excellent vegan chocolate chip cookies

with candied ginger, but the recipe is secret. if any of you

can help me out, that would be cool.

Kate - are these cookies hard or soft? Chewy? Do they have oatmeal

in them? What is their texture like? Can you tell anything about

any of the other ingredients? If so, we might be able to figure out

a basic recipe that you could then tweak.
