Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetables {Posted} Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 teaspoons ghee or unsalted butter -- or triple 1 tablespoon Medium Curry Powder 2 cloves garlic -- crushed 3 tablespoons water 1 pound button mushrooms -- cleaned 2 spring onions -- chopped 1 teaspoon Coriander Leaf 1 teaspoon Sesame Seed -- toasted 1/4 teaspoon salt Preparation and cooking time: 15 min. Heat the ghee or butter in a frying pan, add the Curry Powder and garlic and cook gently for 1 minute. Stir in the water. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook over a moderate heat, stirring continuously, for 1-2 minutes, or until the mushrooms are just tender. Do not allow to overcook. Serve as a starter or as an accompaniment in any Indian meal.
